I was thinking through some resources I could provide to celebrate the 1 year anniversary for this newsletter, and I settled on two that I think will jump start your search for work.

When you’re looking for work, there are two key components.

1. Discovering jobs.

2. Being discoverable by employers/recruiters.

So, my first resource for you is a master list of 37 job boards:

I use this list to curate jobs each week, but my value proposition is that I will help you do research so that you don’t have to go to so many different sites. There might be something in your niche that you may want to follow directly. If so, good luck!

The second valuable tool I have for you today is this list of resume banks I put together. Sometimes job seekers neglect this effort, but I think that’s a mistake. Internal & external recruiters use these tools to find candidates for jobs, and they probably have a keener eye for ob openings than you do. Being discoverable in these resume banks might just put you in the running for a job that you otherwise overlooked or that may have slipped through the cracks in your job search.
