We will set-up a call to review the details of the roles, any unique aspects of the organization, and consider why there may be existing problems filling the role. You will sign a contract and pay a deposit to launch the search.
Tailored Recruiting Experience
I will post the approved job description on job boards that perform well for your niche, and I will conduct searches on LinkedIn and similar platforms for relevant leads.
Extensive Vetting
I will check references, browse social media presences, and reduce my candidate list down to several top applicants. You will then plug these people into your organization’s recruiting process. I will only collect a fee if you hire one of these applications.
