Collaborate directly with talent and employers!
Hey folks,
The biggest problem I have observed in politics is accessibility!
The political industry is relatively small & excusive by nature.
That’s okay… unless you’re trying to hire, and you find out your network is more limited than you thought.
Jobseekers for their part, they often don’t know what they don’t know. Typically, you need mentors and peers looking out for you to find work.
To solve some of the problems I saw in our movement, I launched a Facebook group to help employers and talent connect directly. So far, dozens of people have found a solution, either employees or work, because of our collaboration.
